Welcome to Hairko Studio. By booking an appointment with us, visiting our salon, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a client.


1. Appointments and Bookings

  • Appointments can be made via phone, in person, or through our online booking system.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS or email (if provided).

2. Salon Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment — this includes cancellations due to illness. If you fail to provide the required notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

This policy ensures we have time to fill your booking and continue delivering the best service to all our clients.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account for future use.
  • This credit cannot be used as a gift voucher or transferred to another person.

Please ensure you select the correct hair length when booking to allow adequate time:

  • Short – Above the ear
  • Medium – Around the collarbone
  • Long – Around bra strap length
  • Extra Long – Below the bra strap

Note: Pricing and appointment durations may vary depending on your hair type, thickness, and individual service requirements.


3. Late Arrivals

We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointments. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting the next client. In such cases, the full service fee may still apply.


4. No-Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may require full payment upfront.


5. Refunds and Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with the result of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss a solution. Our goal is always your satisfaction, and we’ll do our best to ensure a positive outcome.


6. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher.
  • They cannot be used in place of a deposit or to secure a booking credit.

7. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. We take your health seriously and want to ensure your treatment is both safe and comfortable.


8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your confidentiality and never share your data without consent.


9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse its content, copy material without permission, or engage in harmful digital practices (such as hacking or spamming).


10. Policy Updates

Hairko Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. We encourage you to check back periodically for updates.
