We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment - this includes cancellations due to illness. Late notice will result in the loss of your deposit, as it allows us limited time to offer the booking to another client.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, if you cancel or reschedule with the required notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account to use at a future appointment. Please note, this credit cannot be transferred or used as a gift voucher.
To ensure we allow the correct booking time, please select your hair length accurately when booking:
Short: Above the ear
Medium: Around the collarbone
Long: Around bra strap length
Extra Long: Below the bra strap
